General Info

This is an entirely general admission show with two ticket types: GA Floor and GA Bowl. Both will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at point of purchase.

Please note: This show will feature strobe lighting and other intense visual effects, which may not be suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy or light sensitivities.

Accessibility Needs

We will have an accessible viewing area at the show. Fans requiring accessible seating, and their companion(s), are required to purchase standard general admission tickets during the event's on sale. For ADA seating or other accommodation requests, please send an email to sfticketsupport@goldenvoice.com or visit the Guest Services table upon arrival.

Age Restrictions

This is an 18+ event. Valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Photos or photocopies of your ID are not an acceptable form of identification.

Bag Policy

Any bags must be in compliance with our bag policy. Bags that are not in compliance must be returned to the patron’s vehicle or discarded. All bags are to be searched by security upon entry.
Approved bags:
Bags may on be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC (sized 12” X 6” X 12” or smaller)
Camel packs (sized 12” X 6” X 12” or smaller) with (1) zipper
Small clutch with shoulder strap (sized 5” X 8” or smaller)
Small clutch with wrist strap (sized 5” X 8” or smaller)
One gallon plastic storage bag
Diaper Bag (sized 12” X 6” X 12” or smaller)

Backpacks or Large Bags

If you arrive with a bag larger than the permitted size, you will not be able to enter with it, and we do not have anywhere to store it for you.

Prohibited Items

The following items will NOT be permitted inside the venue:

  • Aerosol products of any type
  • Artificial noisemakers or air horn, balls, frisbees or projectiles (including inflatables)
  • Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (Police, SWAT, Fire, Security or Medical) in any way
  • Drones/remote-controlled aircraft or toys
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • E-Liquid or e-juice of any kind
  • Fireworks or other combustible devices
  • Flags, banners or signs (signs must be smaller than 8 ½” X 11”)
  • Glass of any kind
  • Cans, cups or coolers
  • Helium balloons
  • Illegal substances
  • Large bags, totes or backpacks (SEE APPROVED BAGS HERE)
  • Laser pointers
  • Markers, pens or spray paint
  • Outside Food or beverages (including alcohol and water)
  • Over-The-Counter medication
  • Pets (SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY)
  • Professional photo, video or audio recording equipment (no detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, Go-Pros or commercial-use rigs)
  • Radios, walkie talkies or boom boxes
  • Roller skates, roller blades, bikes, scooters or skateboards
  • Sticks/poles or selfie sticks
  • Stickers or flyers
  • Toy guns, water guns or slingshots
  • Umbrellas or chairs of any kind
  • Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
  • ANY item deemed by Management to be dangerous, inappropriate, offensive or disruptive to other fans enjoyment of the event.

Mobile Ticketing

Your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Please have your tickets ready by downloading the AXS Mobile app. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For a step-by-step guide on using mobile entry please visit AXS. A transfer delay has been placed on all orders, and tickets will be available in your AXS account 48hrs prior to the door time. Note that there will be a box office at the event to assist in troubleshooting any ticketing issues.

Face Value Resale

We’re capping resale at face value + 10% for this show, which means you can safely transfer or resell your tickets at slightly above face value (to offset any ticketing fees incurred) if you can no longer attend. Tickets must not be resold for profit (outside of the 10% increase) on third-party sites. Any found may be cancelled.

Phone Use

We will provide a sticker at entry to cover your phone cameras so everyone can stay in the moment. No cameras / video cameras allowed.

Cashless Payment

Cow Palace is a cashless venue and does NOT accept cash at any point of sale. All points of sale will accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).

Health & Safety

For your health and safety, please be sure to:

  1. Stay hydrated and drink lots of water
  2. Do not bring prohibited items into the event and follow entry protocols
  3. Follow the Fan Code of Conduct for your and everyone’s safety
  4. Follow instructions from event staff – they are here to help
  5. If you see something, say something - report safety and security concerns immediately to event security and staff

Public Transportation

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) offers service to the Balboa Park Station, a short distance from the venue. Several bus lines also stop near the Cow Palace, including the SF MUNI (Lines 8, 8BX and 91 Owl), the SAMTRANS (Lines 24 and 29), and Cal Train (Bayshore Station).

We encourage use of public transportation to and from the Cow Palace, but plan accordingly. For real-time schedules, visit the SF MUNI, BART, SAMTRANS, and Cal Train websites.

Parking

Limited parking is available for all events at the Cow Palace. You can pre-purchase parking passes online for a guaranteed spot, or pay for parking on-site. Follow signs for event parking upon arrival. Parking fees vary by event. To purchase parking, please click here.
